Common Questions

What areas do you cover?
What’s included in a visit?

We proudly serve customers across Folkestone, Hythe, and the surrounding Kent villages. If you're nearby, give us a shout!

A standard visit includes requested tasks like lawn mowing, weeding, and pruning. We’ll also do a tidy-up of paths before we leave to keep everything looking sharp.

How do I book a service?

It's simple. You can send us an enquiry through our website to discuss your garden needs. Please include as much detail as you can, and if possible upload some photos of your garden so we can give you the most accurate quote.

Do you bring your own tools?

Absolutely. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade mowers, trimmers, and hand tools. You don't need to provide a thing.

What Package should I book?
Do you remove green waste?

If your garden is overgrown or hasn’t been maintained for a while, we recommend starting with a one-off tidy-up service. If your garden is already in good condition, a regular garden care plan is the best option. If you’re unsure, feel free to send a few photos—we’re happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your garden.

We can bag waste for your local garden waste collection or compost on-site. For large clearances, waste removal can be arranged for an additional fee.

What happens in bad weather?

If the British weather makes it impossible to work safely (or effectively), we’ll contact you to reschedule for the next available slot.

What is your pricing?

Regular maintenance plans start from less than £100/month. We also offer one-off jobs or clearances, and we can provide a quote for ongoing work after our initial visit depending on your needs. If you have smaller jobs you can also book by the hour from £30.

Do I need to be home?

Nope! As long as we have access to your garden through a gate or side entrance, we can get on with our work while you’re out. We operate every day of the week.

Do you offer regular garden care?

Yes! Our monthly plans are popular for keeping lawns, hedges, and weeds under control all year round, with discounted rates for regular visits.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We just ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another local neighbour. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

We hold Public Liability Insurance Cover with Hiscox Insurance covered for £1 million.
